Pizza Junction is a pizzeria at Rizal, Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines. This policy explains what we collect when you use pizza-junction.shop to create an account, place an order, send a payment receipt, write a review, or contact us, and how we use and protect that information.

What we collect

• Account details: username, email address, mobile number, and a password that we store only as a hash.
• Google sign-in, if you choose it: the verified email address and the Google account ID called “sub”. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Profile picture, if you upload one.
• Delivery details on an order: name, contact number, address, barangay, landmark, delivery instructions, and an optional map pin (latitude and longitude).
• Order history: the items, quantities, prices at the time you ordered, delivery fee, payment method, status, and the time the order was placed.
• GCash receipt images you send so staff can check that a GCash payment was made.
• Reviews you post about a product or about the shop in general.
• Messages you send through the contact form: your name, contact detail, and message.

Why we collect it

We use this information to create and protect your account, take and deliver orders inside our Roxas City coverage, calculate the delivery fee for your barangay, verify GCash payments, send a password-reset code to the email on your account, answer support messages, and keep a record of orders and reviews. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

How we store and protect it

Account and order records are stored in our database. Passwords and reset codes are stored as hashes, not as the password or code you typed. Profile pictures and GCash receipt images are stored as files outside the public website folder. Receipt images are shown only to you and to logged-in staff. Access to the database and to those files is limited to the people who run the shop and the hosting account. No method of storage is perfect, but we keep the site on HTTPS and we do not put passwords or receipt files in the public pages.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to fulfil an order (for example, the delivery name, address, landmark, contact number, and map pin with the person delivering your food) or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Google receives the sign-in request when you use “Sign in with Google”, under Google’s own terms. Email for password resets is sent through our mail provider from the shop’s email address.

Cookies, sessions, and local storage

When you log in, the site sets a session cookie so the server knows it is you. That cookie is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Your cart, and a small note of which order the on-screen tracker should follow, stay in this browser’s localStorage. They are not a copy of your password. You can clear them in your browser; clearing them removes the cart on that device.

How long we keep it

We keep account details while the account exists. We keep orders, receipts, and contact messages for as long as we need them to deliver, resolve payment questions, and keep business records. Password-reset codes expire after 10 minutes. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the account record and profile picture. Past orders may remain with the name and delivery details that were on the order, so we still have a record of what was sold and delivered.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, email nathanielbulaclac17@gmail.com and tell us the username on the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we change or delete anything.

Children

The site is for people who can enter into an order for food. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. The current version is the one published at https://pizza-junction.shop/privacy.html.
